The room was very spacious and clean on the 16th floor. I enjoyed side sea views from the balcony. The digital safe was a plus, as was the coffee machine. It had complimentary pods, tea bags, milk, and sugar, all replenished daily. Free Wi-Fi had high signal strength.
My balcony needed some paint. Some plaster had fallen off the ceiling.

The hotel had a great location in the city centre. It was just a few minutes walk from all the shops and the beach. The staff was AMAZING, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff. The cleaning lady came every day to tidy up the room and change towels IF needed.
I found lots of dishes unlabeled. The quality of the ingredients seemed low. I have never come home from a holiday having lost weight before. I found the food unappealing.

The location was good. It was a short walk to shops. I really appreciate that the hotel was close to the beach, I also liked the shopping options. It make it easy to do what I want.
The parking on the premises filled up fast.

The family room included two double beds. This room also had a bathroom with a bath, that I found useful to relax, but there was not a balcony. Comfortable pillows added to the sleep quality, it was very nice.

inconsistent temperaturelack of sun
the shower had inconsistent water temperature, a real annoyance! it would switch from hot to cold without warning. also, the lack of sun around the pool until midday was a huge disappointment, it severely limited pool time! i wanted to relax and soak up some sun, but this was not possible until hours later. the pool area was practically unusable in the mornings.

The hotel location is very central. It's close to many amenities. The breakfast included plenty of options. I also appreciated that the staff was very nice.
The air conditioning did not work very well. It provided little cooling. My room had A DOUBLE and single bed. This.

The walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything. kids were running around and a dog barked incessantly. it was so bad, i felt i needed earplugs. the food was also a letdown. the choices felt cheap and bland, not what i expect at all.
